Key insights from ACI’s 11th Annual Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Forum on Cosmetics and Personal Care Products

CosmeticsDesign recently attended the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) eleventh annual Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Cosmetics & Personal Care Products. The conference agenda, held in New York City, focused on a wide range of pressing topics for the cosmetics and personal care industry, including sessions on implementing MoCRA, protecting brands from class actions, navigating compliance of PFAS and Prop65, interpreting FTC approval guidelines, examining ESG and sustainability in the beauty industry, and addressing challenges related to IP, data privacy, and generative AI considerations,” according to the company’s website event.
